She has been recruited for involvement in citizen lawsuits, as a content area expert, and served as a whistleblower exposing internal corruption and misconduct. This unique access to public records, legal filings, historical land documents, and firsthand events, combined with her deep knowledge of the inner workings of local governments, gives her unmatched credibility and insight. JoEllen also owns a highly successful, federal grant writing company which has secured tens of millions in funding for municipalities and county governments.
